Postage & Returns
At Tuesday Thomson Millinery, each piece is carefully handmade in our studio and thoughtfully packaged before it leaves us. We want your experience from delivery to unboxing to feel smooth, clear, and considered.
Postage & Delivery
All orders are sent via a tracked courier service within the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Courier services may also provide updates and delivery options, including:

leaving in a safe place

delivery to a neighbour
Please note that delivery addresses can differ from billing addresses if required.
Delivery Times
As many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, dispatch times may vary. Estimated delivery times will always be shown at checkout or confirmed at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control, including customs delays for international orders.
Returns & Refunds
Each piece from Tuesday Thomson Millinery is made with care, attention, and intention—many are made to order or fully bespoke.
Bespoke & custom-made pieces
Bespoke and custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
These pieces are created specifically for you and will always be clearly marked at the point of order.
Ready-to-wear / stock items
Only ready-to-wear or in-stock pieces are eligible for return.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must then be returned within 7 working days.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

Returned in original packaging

With all tags still attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We cannot accept items that show any signs of wear or use. If this occurs, the item will be returned to you.
Once your return has been received and carefully checked, we will issue a refund for the item cost only.

For items over £50, tracked delivery is essential, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of delivery). We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly and personally.
