Welcome to Tuesday Thomson Millinery. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our studio, and we want your experience to feel clear, personal, and considered.
By placing an order with Tuesday Thomson Millinery, you agree to the following terms.
All hats and headpieces are handmade and may vary slightly in tone, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted work and should be expected.
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
For bespoke or custom-made commissions, we will work closely with you to develop a design based on your requirements. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.
All designs created by Tuesday Thomson Millinery remain the intellectual property of the studio. We do not copy or reproduce designs made by other milliners or designers.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays or international customs processing.
DELIVERY
All orders are carefully packaged and sent via courier within the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Couriers may also provide delivery updates and options such as rearranging delivery or requesting a safe place or neighbour drop-off.
Your delivery address may differ from your billing address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each piece is made with care in our studio, with many items made to order or fully bespoke.
Bespoke and custom-made pieces by Tuesday Thomson Millinery are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
These pieces are made specifically for you and will always be clearly identified at the point of order.
Only ready-to-wear or stock items are eligible for return.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back within 7 working days.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unworn and unused

Items must be in original condition

All packaging must be included

Tags must still be attached

Original receipt must be provided
We cannot accept items showing any signs of wear. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost only.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service (especially for items over £50)
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
